The Krug confectionery implemented the system of stream input of data

On September 29, 2014 it became known of implementation of ABBYY Recognition Server in accounting of Krug confectionery.

Project Tasks

Monthly accountants of the company processed the large volume of consignment notes. Data from these documents were required to be loaded into the ERP system, to save and to find quickly when checking. For simplification of access to documents and processing accelerations, in the company made the decision - to create electronic archive and to implement the system of stream input of data.

Main requirement to a system: minimum participation of the operator in processing of documents. The solution in which functionality identification and a binding of documents to a card in the ERP system, automatic composition check of an execution of the registered documents was required.

After the analysis of products specialists of Krug company selected the solution for stream input of the documents ABBYY Recognition Server. The important role when choosing was played by high quality of sensing technologies of ABBYY.

Project Results

From decision-making to system implementation there passed 2.5 months. For September 29, 2014 using ABBYY Recognition Server in Krug company about 35 thousand documents a month are processed.
