The Unified information system of "1C: Payroll and HR Management" for AKADO Telecom Group is implemented

In January, 2014 operation the Unified information system of "1C: Payroll and HR Management" of AKADO Telecom group was transferred in industrial. In September, 2014 implementation is recognized successfully complete and the comment from project managers from the customer (By corporate rules implementation is considered successful not earlier than after a quarter after the date of transmission of a system in commercial operation) is received.

Project Progress

The project was begun in June, 2013. Since 2014 the staff of AKADO Telecom group keeps personnel records and payroll in a new system. Within the project the following subsystems were implemented and upgraded:

• Personnel administration;
• Payroll, taxes and insurance premiums;
• Reflection of the accrued payroll, taxes, contributions and reserves in costs of the enterprise;
• Formation of the internal reporting;
• Reporting in funds and tax authorities;
• Differentiation of access rights between users of legal entities in space of the unified information system.

Result

Upon the demand of the Customer the following subsystems and mechanisms were developed:

• Centralization of a system of numbering and prefixes of documents;
• Automatic accounting of a processing / defect, overtime work;
• System of motivation (KPI) and calculation of an award;
• Reserves on awards and holidays;
• Categorization of positions of the organization and cost types;
• The mechanism of change of the staff list by means of requests, with the subsequent formation of the order on change of ShR;
• Reporting under the staff list;
• Binding of the released rate to the employee according to the terminal agreement;
• Forecasting of payment amounts of the salary;
• The centralized conducting and control of the list of types of calculations.

The main project deliverable – consolidation in a single system of all processes of personnel records and payroll of six legal entities entering into AKADO Telecom Group. Besides, the tool considering functional features of accounting of AKADO Telecom Group that reduced time for accomplishment of routine transactions more than twice was developed.
