"Terrasoft", one of key players in global market of low-code, BPM and CRM, announced change of the name of the software products. On October 30, 2019 the platform and products of the company earlier known under the name bpm'online were renamed century Creatio. In more detail here.

2016: bpm’online sales 7.8

Upgraded version of bpm'online sales includes all necessary tools for the organization of productive work of sales managers. The new page of sale will provide accomplishment of all tasks in the mode of a single window and also will prompt steps for the translation of the transaction on the following stage: from the first contact before successful closing.

At the same time the optimized process of corporate sales will allow to carry out transactions taking into account specific features of each of them. At the same time, the updated algorithms of creation of a funnel of sales will provide a relevant and transparent picture on efficiency of certain managers and department of sales in general.

2015

bpm’online sales 7.6

On June 18, 2015 the Terrasoft group announced release of release of the version of Bpm'online sales.

In release development of management of field sales and work with orders is continued. This version of bpm'online sales expands functionality in two directions.

The complex of tools for management of field sales will provide all necessary sales representatives, heads, both for work at office, and in sales points. The single window and flexible hours of deliveries and payment will help to reduce considerably time for work with orders.

Management of field sales

The functionality packet is available to management of field sales to users of the licenses bpm'online sales omnichannel and is intended for two roles.

  • The workplace of the sales representative contains tools which are necessary to field employees during their work at office or in sales points. Using bpm’online sales, the employee gets access to the customer base and the schedule, a product catalog and the knowledge base, the list of orders and agreements. Working out of office and using the mobile device, the manager follows the planned route according to the card. At the same time a system prompts necessary actions on each visit, helps to pick up products and to take the order on the basis of the previous customer orders.

  • The workplace of the head includes tools for planning and control of work of a command. The head can configure rules of field sales, defining the different list of necessary actions on visits. Besides, by means of a single window the head can make the diagram of visits for each field employee, browse it on the card for the choice of an optimal route, monitor accomplishment of the plan for geotags of visits and analyze efficiency of department in general.

Tools for work with orders

The functionality of a single window will allow to process quickly the orders which arrived from different channels and also in read minutes to register the new order, to pick up products and to make out a bill to the client.

Preparation of the delivery schedule and payments during the work with large orders will also occupy time minimum. Users can save standard arrangements in the form of templates and use them for fast calculation of stages of deliveries and payments in the specific order. For example, for some orders the option of 50 percent prepayment and then complete delivery of goods and final payment, and for others — longer cycle with stage payments and deliveries can be used. A system will count all options and if necessary will create invoices for payment.


Visual structure of holdings

In this version users will be able easily to add, browse and analyze interrelations between the companies. A system not only displays structure of holdings in the form of the simple visual scheme, but also allows to fill out data on communications of the client in several clicks. Adding information on the companies from Facebook, the manager will receive potential clients in work at once. And for development of successful tactics of communication a system will display the complete history of relationship on each of the companies and on group in general.


Mnogokanalnost

Set of completions in the bpm'online 7.6 platform are devoted to development of means of multichannel communications, increase in convenience of work of users in a system. In the version integration with Facebook is updated, work with email messages is simplified. An opportunity to use video calls for interactivity in communication, tags and filters is implemented — will accelerate data retrieval. Widgets in results, funnel drill-down, multiple currency fields will help users of bpm'online.

Tools for sales planning, functionality of contract management

On February 26, 2015 the Terrasoft company announced the release of the update bpm'online sales.

As a part of the updated product tools for sales planning, functionality of contract management, a set of the small completions simplifying work of the sales manager.

The product provides to users tools for planning of sales volumes and control of accomplishment of the plan. Now the head can carry out the plan-fact analysis of sales in different cuts:

  • on clients,
  • to the directions of sales,
  • responsible.

A system was replenished with the new section for maintaining agreements of the company.

Contract management

It became simpler to control accomplishment of arrangements of the company — accounting of all agreements of the company and the related specifications, supplementary agreements it is conducted in the new section now. There is an opportunity to create the list of products in the order-based agreement, to record a chain of contractual documents, to prepare a printed form and to vise the agreement. And the built-in dashboards will help to analyze the general dynamics of signing of the contracts, to control expired contracts, to configure own analytical cuts.

The updated line contains all innovations of the bpm'online 7.5 platform, giving new opportunities to end users, analysts and administrators of the application. All tools to setup and administration of bpm'online are available in the uniform Designer of a system. The designer was replenished with the master of mobile application and also other tools for setup of structure of sections and appearance of a system.

The new concept of administration allowing to distribute access not only taking into account an organization structure of the company, but taking into account functional roles of employees is implemented.

2014

bpm’online sales

On October 2, 2014 the Terrasoft group provided a new product line of bpm'online sales. Bpm'online sales is a cloud CRM system for professional sales management of all types. As a part of a line four packets with functionality for management of different types and sales channels. The companies can select a product which helps to solve problems in business, at the same time is not overloaded with excess opportunities and functions.

Advantages

Key advantage of a system — the ready business processes reflecting the best practice of sales taking into account their type and the channel. Manage leads, transactions, orders and accounts it became much simpler.

Packets from composition:

  • team,
  • commerce,
  • enterprise,
  • omnichannel.

The packet of team is intended for the small companies with direct sales and includes reference process of management of a funnel of sales: from a lead to the contract.

For e-commerce and the companies with a short sales cycle - commerce packet.

The packet of enterprise is focused on medium-sized and large enterprises for which automation of a full stroke of direct and partner sales is necessary.

The packet of omnichannel covers all circuit of tasks of the companies with a large number of sales channels: direct sales, distribution, e-commerce, field sales and retail outlets of sales.

In this line the block of analytics is expanded. The dashboards "Pulse of Sales", "Leaders of Sales", "Efficiency of Managers" include all necessary metrics for the fast analysis of sales and decision making. Panels can be complemented with new diagrams or indicators on the user's requests.

The functionality of order management allows in the unified register of a message all orders of the company, to manage the payment schedule and order deliveries, to select products in a single window using faceted search.

In control block sales maintaining tactics of the transaction is available. Control strong and weaknesses of competitors, determination of key persons from client side and extent of their influence, emotional assessment of the transaction with the help of graphic characters (engl. emoticons).

The new line of sales contains all innovations of the bpm'online 7.4 platform:

  • the master of processes who allows to model business processes to users without knowledge of BPMN,
  • user preference of diagrams and results,
  • CTI panel for accomplishment and call acceptance in a system.

The set of improvements is made in the system interface: during the work with the schedule, with a communication panel, with library of processes.

Bpm’online sales is the first product in the updated Terrasoft CRM line.

bpm’online sales all-in-one

On August 13, 2014 the Terrasoft company announced an exit of new release of the product Bpm'online sales all-in-one.

A system is complemented with tools for flexible management by the big product portfolios reaching hundreds of thousands of descriptions of goods. Bpm’online sales all-in-one is the solution with the advanced functionality of XRM specialized by functionality for distribution automation.

The software product integrates all commercial information of the company in a single system. The program is focused on distributors, equipment suppliers and helps to solve business challenges:

  • consolidation of information on suppliers and clients,
  • workflow automation,
  • control of pent-up demand,
  • management of wholesales and difficult pricing,
  • portfolio management of products and many others.

A system will integrate all necessary customer information suppliers and producers from different sources. Registration of different these clients, establishment of interrelations between contacts and maintaining history of interaction is allowed. Bilateral integration with an accounting accounting system is implemented that helps to obtain necessary financial information quickly.
