BTK group (Directum (EDMS/ECM system))

In the fall of 2013 specialists of Avis Expert company began an implementation project of the electronic document management system (EDMS) in BTK group. For the solution of assigned tasks experts of Avis Expert company together with a project team of the customer made the decision to implement the project based on the Directum system.

Tasks

The main objectives which should be solved during the project — reduction of terms of approval of documents, increase in level of control over performance of resolutions and instructions of the management and creation of a possibility of online access of employees to electronic copies of the approved documents. The solution of the last from the listed tasks is implemented by means of ensuring access to an electronic document management system through applications for iPad both widespread desktop and mobile Internet browsers.

Project Progress

Staff of Avis Expert company will make a transfer of processes of approval of memos, outgoing letters, organizational and administrative documentation, requests for payment, agreements and all contractual documents (including supplementary agreements, specifications, applications) in the company in an electronic form.

Also for the staff of BTK group company uniform access to all documents and their versions depending on access rights on these documents is provided that will allow to record all actions made with documents and, as a result, to prevent a possibility of leak of confidential information.
