BioLink BioTime is implemented in ADAMAS network

The term of implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioLink BioTime in ADAMAS company was 4 months (from the moment of agreement signature before delivery of a system in commercial operation). The following indicators allow to estimate the scale of this IT project:

• implementation of a biometric time recording began in 150 shops, then their quantity increased even more than by 100 trade enterprises;
• already at the initial stage the BioTime system covered 1800 employees;
• it is planned that in the long term a system will be expanded to 1000 users;
• for protection of production sites and other important premises 25 biometric terminals of access control of the BioLink FingerPass series are used;
• costs for equipment of one outlet equipment rooms and software tools of a biometric time recording made about 11 thousand rubles.

The biometric time recording is kept on a centralized basis. Information from shops is automatically flown down in the main office of the company where it is aggregated and serves for automatic formation of different reports. The following objectives are achieved:

• problems of accounting, the analysis and control of working time of employees are completely solved;
• BioTime provides managers with reports on arrivals goings;
• managers can directly obtain the relevant information in the workplaces;
• at the same time their access is differentiated depending on the manager's provision in managerial hierarchy and organizational and territorial structure;
• reports (including T-13 form) are detailed with necessary degree of a specification: on structure of the company (division/employee), the period (day/week/month), to employee categories (regular/non-staff / part-time workers);

managers have an opportunity to conduct monitoring of arrivals/goings of employees in real time.
