  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

Description

The JSC TGC-1 company is leading manufacturer of electrical and thermal energy in North-West Region of Russia and also the country's second territorial generating company on the value of the set electric power. Integrates 55 power plants in four subjects of the Russian Federation: St. Petersburg, Republic of Karelia, Leningrad and Murmansk regions. 19 of them are located behind the Polar circle.

Until implementation in the company there was already a system in which the accounting of the entering, outgoing correspondence and internal documents was carried out. Account was kept in Management and TGC-1 branches of JSC separately, there was no single system. As upgrade and the subsequent maintenance of the existing system required big investments, the company made the decision on need of the choice of other system which had to meet the following criteria:

  1. Existence of functionality of a system corresponding to requirements of the company.
  2. the Fast "deployment" of a system allowing to automate in the shortest possible time business processes of office-work and documentary providing in Management and TGC-1 branches of JSC
  3. Scaling option.
  4. Acceptable implementation cost.

Existence in the company of own Competence Center on products of 1C company became an important factor in the choice of a system.

Owing to inspection of the market of software products, on compliance to necessary qualities the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product based on a software platform of 1C: Enterprise was selected, the contractor for implementation of the software product selects ANT-Inform company.

Within the project examination of the existing business processes was conducted, the structure of the new business processes requiring automation is defined requirements to reporting for control of performing discipline, etc. are specified.

In a project deliverable, implementation "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is executed in Management of JSC TGC-1 and structural divisions of Nevsky, Karelsky and Kolsky branches of JSC TGC-1.

The following business processes were automated:

  • office-work, including confidential document flow.
  • archive office-work (maintaining nomenclatures of affairs, formation of affairs and volumes, write-off of documents in affairs, transfer of affairs on permanent storage, issue of affairs from archive in divisions in temporary use, destruction of documents in archive, package loading in archive of paper documents).
  • work with printing editions, mailings.
  • the mechanism of integration into data of the Active Directory of corporate network (synchronization of structure of the enterprise, accounts of the Active Directory, heads of divisions) is implemented.
  • the mechanism of setup of delegation of the rights to the employees is implemented (automatic removal of record of delegation upon termination of validity period, transfer of opportunities to the delegate by access rights, setup of sending notifications).
  • formation of the analytical reporting under control of execution of documents and instructions.

Result

Automation of archive office-work, accounting and registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents for office and clerks in Management and TGC-1 branches of JSC became a project deliverable, an opportunity to the company executive to prepare the reporting under control of performing discipline.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
