KAMI (Program Lyne: Notifications on events)

Within the project the notification of staff of the company on trade operations which are reflected in the general base 1C management of manufacturing plants is automated. In total about 20 different notifications are configured, they are regularly received by more than 100 people.

Some events about which now users of a system timely learn. Sales managers:

• Payment by the client of the order
• Receipt of the new equipment
• Delay of delivery date of goods under the customer order

Purchasing managers:

• Payment to the supplier
• Defects identification

In the block of treasury:

• Emergence of the request for expenditure of funds for approval
• Change of the status of request for the initiator

In general, acceleration of key business processes became project deliverables, there were less critical errors causing losses of money by the company.
