EKOTEK LLC - is a developer and the producer of automated systems of control and electricity metering and information measuring systems of commercial electricity metering (AIIS KUE). The office EKOTEK LLC is in the city of Krasnodar.

Projects

Most implemented the EKOTEK large-scale project in 2008 automated information and measuring an electric power fiscal metering system of the Far East of Russia on the unique technology which integrated more than 1500 largest enterprises with the attached power over 750 kVA in the Amur region, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorsky Krai, Yakutia and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

Products

Ekotek makes both automated systems entirely, and their separate components: the software of the top and bottom level, collecting device and data transmission, the utility for their setup. Communication module GM-9/18 in different modifications is the greatest share of products.

AIIS OF THE KUE "EKOTEK"

The automated information measuring system of commercial electricity metering (AIIS KUE) of "EKOTEK" is based on IP technologies when using the Internet of connections of cellular communication channels (GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 4G). As a collecting device and data transmission (USPD) counters communicators or modules GM-918 are used. The main data transmission medium from the bottom level on upper — the Internet. It allows to include in a system a large number of points of accounting (15000 and more) without use of a modem pool for periodic link establishment with them on switched channels. Also at a system there is web the interface of the manager available via the Internet.

Inventions and developments

Counter communicator

The counter communicator of remote control of electrical energy is the electronic counter of the electric power with the built-in module of data transmission via the Internet on the channel GPRS. It is intended for transfer to the ASCAPC of own indications and also indications of the next counters, without application additional to the USPD. Communication between the counter communicator and the next counters is performed via the interface RS-485 or CAN.

Automated system of remote control of payment

The Automated System of Remote Control of Payment (ASRCP) for electricity consumption is an ASCAPC alternative for residential consumers.

The device of remote load limitation (DRLL) installed near points of accounting of each of consumers are composition. DRLL represents remotely the configured time cut-out. Maximum permissible power of loading when which exceeding there is an auto disconnect is established depending on payment due dates for the consumed electric power. Also the threshold of operation of the device can be installed compulsorily by the manager of a system at emergence of technical need. Such need can arise, for example, at a power supply network overload a great number of powerful consumers of the electric power.

Contact of the dispatching server with devices of remote load limitation simplex (one-sided). As a feedback information on quantity of the consumed electric power (indications of the power meter) provided by the consumer at payment is used. Information on quantity of the paid electric power and payment due dates is transferred from the manager to the device of remote load limitation of the corresponding consumer. UDON verifies this information with the meter readings received directly from the metering device on pulse or information channel. The decision on transition to the mode of power limiting is made depending on result of comparison.

Laser measuring instrument of a high-voltage current

The laser measuring instrument of current is intended for application on the electric units working under high tension (110 kV and more). It differs in lack of the bulky isolating constructions necessary for ensuring reliable galvanic isolation between the conductor of current and the measuring device from traditional current transformers. The device developed by Scientific Research Institute LIT together with EKOTEK LLC consists of the thin-film sensor installed directly on the current carrying bus which is under high tension, and also from the most measuring device which irradiates with a laser beam the sensor and analyzes a reflected signal. The laser measuring instrument of a high-voltage current is installed at safe distance from the high-voltage conductor and is connected to the interface of digital substation under MEK61850 protocol. Data on value of the measured current are transferred according to AIIS of the KUE "EKOTEK" to SCADA - the server of the cloud storage.

History

The organization is founded in 2000. The name of the organization happened from the English Energy Control TEChnology, in abbreviated form ECOTEC.
