Biography

Was born on June 11, 1954.

Education

In the 1976th graduated from the Omsk polytechnical institute majoring in "Electronic computers", in the 1981st - a postgraduate study of the Tomsk polytechnical institute in "An engineering cybernetics and an information theory", in the 1999th - doctoral studies of TPU in "Systems analysis, management and information processing".

Career

• The labor way began in 1978 at the Tomsk polytechnical institute.

• In 1981-1985 – the manager of research department of UNPK "Cybernetics". From 1985 to 2006 worked as the associate professor at department of information science and design of systems which headed in 2006.

• During the period from the 2001st on the 2008th worked in the Tomsk scientific center Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science. From 2008 to 2012 — the vice rector-director of Institute of cybernetics, from the 2014th — the vice rector for scientific work and innovations of the National research Tomsk Polytechnic University.

• From 1990 to January, 2014 headed INKOM group. On August 25, 2014 it is appointed to the position of the deputy governor of the Tomsk region on scientific educational complex and the innovation policy.

• In the last 10 years directed such large projects as the integrated warning system and documentary communication of Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation; the system of collecting, processing and transfer of meteodata from local network of Roshydromet (more than 500 hardly accessible objects); an alerting system about a tsunami (Kamchatka, Sakhalin); a regional automated system of the centralized notification of the population of Kamchatka Krai.

Scientific works

Doctor of Engineering. Has more than 150 works, including 22 publications in the reviewed scientific magazines and editions determined by VAK, the author of 2 monographs, 19 publications in the closed editions, 20 patents for useful model and registration certificates of the computer programs.

Full member of the International academy of informatization.

Awards

"The honorary worker of higher education of Russia", the silver medal "For Merits before the Tomsk Polytechnic University" is awarded with certificates of honor of Administration of the Tomsk region, the State Duma of the Tomsk region, administration and Duma of the city of Tomsk, the medals "For Service in Local Government Authorities", "200 years of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", "60 years to troops of communication of MO of Russia", the breastplate.
