Choosing a Solution

Development of customer relations is key strategic direction of business of UCS company. With increase in the entering flow of clients and expansion of geography of activity of the company it became more difficult to manage multistage processes on connection of services trade and the Internet of acquiring. Need to control all stages of passing of the request: before the actual installation of the POS terminal at the enterprise demanded implementation of effective solution on automation of this process from the moment of receipt of the appeal of the client to the company.

Project Progress

UCS used the Comindware Tracker platform for automation of the processes. Comindware Tracker organically connects in the uniform place of a task, contractors, data and documents, complementing them with the formalized business process. Thanks to the intuitive graphical interface of setup, Comindware Tracker allows to reduce dependence on IT department at setup of business processes under needs of department. At the first stage based on the Comindware Tracker platform the customized solutions for internal software products of UCS company were created, and the takzhebyla is developed multifunction LeadManagementSystem (LMS) that allowed in 5 to razsokratit institution time in the system of the new client. Now the LMS system allows to process more than 3000 requests a month, and supports simultaneous operation of 150 employees. By October to a system it is going to connect 35 regional branches is more 600-t specialists.

  • integration with the internal accounting system of MerchantManagementSystem (MMS);
