International association of Scientific Parks (International Association of Science Parks (IASP) in which 390 technoparks consist of 72 countries of the world. Also residents of association are 128 thousand companies which are engaged in production and scientific developments in the field of new technologies, biotechnologies, agriculture and new audiovisual programs. The association was created in 1984 and during this time became the main and only international organization integrating technology and scientific parks of the world and also national associations.

ANO METs is an operator of the project on creation of the Eurasian IASP division (International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation) — the international non-governmental organization integrating management companies of technoparks, business incubators, institutes of development of science and innovations. The part of a key link in the Eurasian IASP division is assigned to Russia, and Moscow becomes the central strong point of a transfer of technologies between Europe and Asia.
