Administration of the Verkhnyaya Salda city district

At the beginning of 2013 the management of Administration of the Verkhnyaya Salda city district made the decision on creation of an electronic document management system for the purpose of acceleration of process of approval of documents, exceptions of loss of documents, control of completion dates of orders and orders.

As the software product capable to solve assigned tasks, the solution "1C: Document Flow of public institution 8" which has a big set of functionality was selected, has a user-friendly and familiar interface for users and gives ability to integrate with other software products of 1C.

As the partner in implementation the RITs-1C company - Competence Center on document flow of 1C Company was selected from Yekaterinburg which positively proved during the work on similar implementation projects.

Specialists of RITs-1C company performed installation and setup of the software product, user training was provided. Now there is a maintenance and consultation of users routinely. In January, 2014 a system was brought into operation. 60 jobs are automated. The following functions are at the moment automated:

Project Results

Use of the 1C: Document Flow of public institution 8 software product considerably facilitated work of staff of organization, allowed to trace a priority of work with documents. The product helps to avoid such errors as loss of information as a result of editing documents, loss of the agreement or document, wrong numbering of outgoing documents, etc. As a result of implementation of the software product the staff of Administration of the Verkhnyaya Salda city district received the effective tool on work with documents allowing to control accurately completion dates of orders and orders.
