Choosing a Solution

The implemented^[1] allows administration of the governor of the Tambov region to control workmanship of this decree of the Russian President as in general on the industries of the social sphere, and on separate public institutions, and in a short time to create replies to the requests of federal authorities. Setup of a system under problems of control of execution in the region of other "May" decrees of the Russian President, orders of the governor and the Government of the Tambov region is in the long term possible.

Project Progress

Achievement of goals of the project during the course of performance of works as the partner of Parus Corporation — Breeze + companies — was complicated by the fact that organizations of education, cultures, sport, health care of the Tambov region apply several different method of calculation of the average salary and the target indicators setting dynamics of achievement of the required pay level of work. In a project deliverable the unity of approaches and settlement techniques was provided and the mechanism of approval by regional authorities of the data provided by organizations by means of the Internet is implemented. Thereby risks of giving by organizations on the federal level of the data different from information of administration of the governor of the region were eliminated.

Result

Using an information and analytical system "Parus is Monitoring" the administration of the governor of the Tambov region estimates the amount of compensation, dynamics of number of workers of the social sphere and also extent of achievement of target indicators according to the decree of the Russian President of 5/7/2012 No. 597 "About actions for implementation of the state social policy".

Besides, problems of integration of the data approved with higher body of the power into an information system of Rosstat and an exception of double entry of information were solved.
