Problems of automation

• the unified information system of Legislative Assembly is created,
• registration of the arriving and sent documents is performed,
• the subsystem of support of electronic templates of forms of documents with a possibility of approval of documents by divisions is implemented,
• the subsystem of preparation of actions (meetings) is implemented,
• reports on performing discipline and on documentation volume are created,
• the subsystem of accounting of sending correspondence, funds of expenditure for mailings of the franking machine, the periodic printed materials received by Legislative Assembly is implemented
• the subsystem of accounting of the documents which are handed over in archive of Legislative Assembly is implemented.

Project Results

In a project deliverable of upgrade the following results were received: process of acquaintance of employees with documents in electronic form is adjusted; speed of registration of the arriving and sent documents increased; use of stream scanning and barcoding provided fast conversion of documents on paper in an electronic form; use of templates of resolutions facilitated process of the direction of the document on contractors.

In plans of automation development and deployment of the subsystem Bill providing support of drafts of laws in Legislative Assembly at all stages of legislative process.
