Federal State Unitary Enterprise Main Center of Special Communication equips office with media systems
On October 9, 2014 the CROC company announced equipment of meeting rooms and a conference room of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "The main center of special communication" a modern complex of media systems.
Project Progress
The complex of media systems is located in new meeting rooms of VIP-level and a conference room which is transformed to the conference hall of the smaller size and two meeting rooms. Here formal and grand meetings are held. The conference room equipment, furniture, the equipment, interior design should provide the maximum comfort and convenience both to speakers, and the audience. The new media systems of a conference room allow to reduce a set-up time and holding actions, to increase the level of their organization, to improve interaction between participants during the discussion and also to increase the level of visualization and perception of the discussed information.

These are corporate meetings, the presentations and seminars, training of a large number of employees with participation of regional departments, meetings with clients and contract organizations. The new equipped platforms completely cover requirements of our enterprise at the organization of similar actions, meeting the high quality standards of a sound, video and controllability of a system in general", - Kirill Gusev, the CIO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise GTsSS reported.
In the project the audiovisual equipment of leading manufacturers is used: Draper, Projectiondesign, Samsung, AMX Enova, Extron, Kramer, BSS, Crown, JBL, AKG Shure and so forth.
In structure:
- projection screen more than 7 sq.m,
- LCD panels with permission of Full HD,
- ceiling speaker system,
- microphones,
- multifunction switching equipment,
- programmable system of audiomanagement.
The system of video maintenance gives the chance to bring the photo and video presentations to all devices connected to a system, distributing content according to individual scenarios, to reduce number of the paper accompanying documentation.
Project Results
"Despite the deadlines dictated by the customer we created a convenient complex of media systems in management which adapts to any type of actions and the used hall configuration. For example, it is possible to change quickly switching of the audio equipment or to bring content to all panels at once or to use them separately. At the same time demonstration of presentation materials for convenience of the customer is possible both from the speaker's tribune, and from attendant workstation", - Andrey Stepochkin, the director of work with corporate customers of CROC company emphasized.
