Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg) (BARS.web and Budget Reporting)

The BARS GROUP company performed^[1] upgrade of the software of Minpromtorg of Russia for management of budget process.

Using an advanced system the ministry plans the activity: processes treasurer notifications, the accounting and distribution of limits of budget commitments is carried out, brings them to the subordinated organizations, territorial authorities and departments.

In addition to listed, the new software allows to collect indicators for the purpose of quality control of financial management in subordinated organizations and territorial authorities. Information exchange at the level of central office of Minpromtorg of Russia is implemented in regime of the web client. It provides centralization of storage of data and uniform methodological space for management of budget process. Also, thanks to availability of the single database, the requirement of the concept of "The electronic budget" about single input and reuse of information is provided.

Integration of a system of Minpromtorg "Management of budget process" with the software Budget planning of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (which is also developed with the assistance of BARS GROUP) for data transmission and automatic access to regularly updated all-Russian reference books, qualifiers is in the long term supposed.
