The administration of the Novosibirsk region completes the Systems 112 organization in the territory of the region

On October 14, 2014 the Technoserv company announced completion of works within the project on creation of the main call center of "The system of providing a call of the emergency operational services by uniform number 112" (System 112) in the territory of the Novosibirsk region.

Project Progress

Technoserv performed a complex of works on construction of Call center of System 112 and to accession to the system of emergency services of the Novosibirsk region. The total cost of works is 146 million rubles. The project orderer – management of capital construction of the Novosibirsk region.

Project Results

Number 112 will integrate service of fire protection, police, service of emergency medical service, abnormal service of gas network, service "Antiterror", service of reaction in emergencies. At the municipal level the round-the-clock call acceptance will be provided by the uniform services on duty and dispatching (USDD). In the absence of an opportunity to accept a call at the municipal level in 8 seconds established by the law, it will go to the main or reserve call centers (CC) which will become the central part of System 112 of the region. Storage and information processing of System 112 will be performed in specially constructed Data Processing Center (DPC) which computing and engineering infrastructure is also designed and created by Technoserv company.

The first stage of the project - all-construction works. Entered reconstruction of the building in Novosibirsk them (Sverdlov St., 14) in which the main TsOV of System 112 and DPC was placed. The building is equipped by all the engineering and technology systems, necessary for TsOV and DPC: conditioning system and ventilation, fire extinguishing, reserve power supply, SCS and LAN.

The automatic system of security of the building has subsystems:

• video surveillance system,
• warning system,
• access control system,
• security alarm
• fire warning.

"An important stage of deployment in the territory of the Novosibirsk region of System 112 became creation of the computer and network system for DPC, a hardware platform and the equipment of TsOV and also software and hardware complexes for equipment of DDS "01" and DDS "02". One of interesting aspects of creation of a System-112 in the Novosibirsk region was the fact that "Technoserv" used the equipment of the company Eltex which production is in the territory of the Novosibirsk region as the telecommunication platform. As the software based on which component integration is performed and the user interface of a system is implemented, the product "Helios CU-112" created by the company was applied "Рексофт" (Technoserv), rossiyskim razrabotchikom programmnogo obespecheniya i informatsionnykh sistem.
