BARS GROUP implemented the solution "BARS. Housing and public utilities - the Regional operator" in the Ministry of construction, infrastructure and road economy of Chelyabinsk region

Within the project^[1] all processes of management of the program of an overhaul are automated: condition monitoring of housing stock, control of charge, payment and accumulation of funds of homeowners, management of a finansovykma of flows from all sources (federal, regional and municipal budgets, means of homeowners), etc.

Solution "BARS. Housing and public utilities the Regional operator" will allow to keep account of personal accounts and monthly fees on capital repair. At the moment owners of 727 houses of Chelyabinsk region made the decision about formations of fund of an overhaul of a common property on the account of regional operator according to the requirement of Article 170 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, and the number of personal accounts is 1,264,625. The minimum size of contributions for three next years is equal to the federal standard and for Chelyabinsk region will be: in 2014 - i6 for square meter, in 2015 — i6.40, in 2016 — i6.70. Owners of premises in apartment houses of the region will receive the first payment documents created in a system in March, 2015.

The regional program of an overhaul of a common property of apartment houses is approved by the Government of Chelyabinsk region in May, 2014 and expected the next 30 years. In it all apartment houses in which there is a common property of owners are considered, types and terms of work within an overhaul are specified.
