On October 16, 2014 the Russian company Esri CIS announced a release of the first official version of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET. It is software allows to create ready GIS-applications for the desktop computers and phones working on OS Windows and also applications for placement of century Windows Store.
During creation of modern high-performance ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET developers focused, first of all, on adaptation of experience of release of native applications for .NET. Approach of Esri consists in creation of new general API for the native platforms advanced by Microsoft. In particular, the management was developed for developers on WPF facilitating transition from popular ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF to new SDK. Let's note that ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET supports work of an offline-applications, synchronization of services of objects, sheyp-files, changes on client side and many other things.
