Rostelecom automated service of printing from MAYKOR

MAYKOR, the all-Russian service provider in the field of outsourcing IT and business processes, announces cooperation increase from Rostelecom. The telecom operator transferred^[1] on outsourcing of MAYKOR service of printing in macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" for a period of two years.

On service maintenance of MAYKOR there are more than 2.4 thousand units of the multiple copying equipment (multi-function printers, printers, scanners) in 180 offices and the centers of sales of Rostelecom in St. Petersburg and in the Leningrad Region. Within service specialists of the outsourcer are responsible for timely carrying out scheduled and scheduled works, fault recovery in functioning of the equipment, replacement of resource materials, putting into operation of new devices, etc.

Also the service package includes monitoring of printing. Due to monitoring function the customer possesses information on the printed materials and quantity of the prints made by these or those users. Using these data, he can make decisions on expense optimization on printing. Payment is made upon the printed pages.

It is not the first contract MAYKOR with JSC Rostelecom in the field of IT outsourcing. In particular, under the similar contract MAYKOR provides service of printing and maintenance of 30 thousand automated jobs in all branches of national operator in the macroregion Volga.
