Scott Key holds a position of the President and CEO of IHS since June 1, 2013. Before, from January, 2011 to June, 2013, Scott worked as the President and the Chief operating officer. From January to December, 2010 it worked as the Senior Vice president, global products and services. Scott Keuprishel in IHS in 2003, having become the head of groups on strategy, marketing and the products IHS in the field of power; for eight years of the work in the company he directed conversion and development of different activities of IHS. He participated in initial public placement of the stocks IHS; performed management of corporate marketing and strategic planning and also directed actions for merge by acquisition, including the largest acquisitions of IHS. From 1998 to 2000 Scott Key worked as the head of department of deep-water developments of Vastar Resources company and also held a number of different executive positions in Phillips Petroleum from 1987 to 1998, both at the international level, and in the USA. Scott Key has degree of the bachelor of sciences in the field of physics and mathematics (The University of Washington in Seattle) and also the master's degree on geophysics (The Wyoming university).
