Use of VideoMost provided the Center with a possibility of carrying out multipoint video conferences for the daily operational solution of any questions connected with the help to the needing families and increases in efficiency of communications between specialists of the center.

VideoMost includes all set of necessary tools for the solution of similar tasks. Along with HD видеокоммуникациям specialists of the Center can use functions for joint work, such as: group and private chat; the electronic board allowing to draw anything directly in the interface of a conference; a call recording for a possibility of the subsequent their analysis for the purpose of service quality improvement, or advanced training of employees; SIP integration with a connectivity into a conference of normal stationary phone.
