The first BIT created a single accounting and managerial system for the company REDMOND

An information accounting and managerial system of Tekhnopoisk is created on the basis of own solution of the First BIT – BIT .FINANS Management accounting – and programs of 1C Company: "1C: Integrated Automation", "1C: Retail", "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Accounting".

Project Progress

During the project specialists of the First BIT integrated a retail store equipment of 150 points of retail with a new system. Automation of wholesale included creation in the system of special forms taking into account all requirements of retail chain stores – clients of Tekhnopoisk. In addition, sales accounting of drains and illiquid assets, settlement with networks on head partners were automated. Also within the project specialists of the First BIT automated processes of purchases at suppliers, accounting of foreign economic activity, set an order of approval and vising of budgets.

Within automation of management accounting experts configured broadcast of data on articles BCF (budget of cash flow) on data of an income and expense budget (income and expenditure budget) for certain articles and implemented a possibility of calculation of managerial cost value of goods. The treasury is automated. For the purpose of performance improvement and scalability of a corporate system specialists of the First BIT held its stress testing.

Result

According to the results of the project it was succeeded to reach a number of results. Introduction of the rule according to which issue of any retail order is performed within 30 minutes after its design became one of them. Implementation in the system of the mechanism of accounting of the sales made by employees significantly simplified payroll calculation. The documents created in a system gave the chance to carry out the accounting on all process steps of purchase – from order placement before delivery of goods to a warehouse.
