Khabarovsk edge institute of development of education

The Khabarovsk edge institute of development of education is one of the organizations of a system of advanced training of the pedagogical personnel, oldest in Russia. He was founded according to the resolution Dalkrayispolkoma of 11/3/32 for No. 1523 at the Far East edge department of national education. From 1932 to 1938 in the territory of the Far East region one institute of advanced training of the personnel of national education for 8 regions functioned: Seaside, Ussuriysk, Amur, Zeysky, Birobidzhan, Nizhneamursky, Sakhalin, Kamchatka. In 1938 organization is renamed into Edge institute of improvement of teachers, in 1992 - is reorganized into Edge institute of retraining and advanced training of the pedagogical personnel, and in 2009 - into the Khabarovsk edge institute of development of education.
