BARS GROUP was implemented "by BARS. Electronic kindergarten" to HEY UR "The regional center of informatization and quality evaluation of education"

Earlier in the region modules "were implemented by BARS. Electronic school" (32 organizations, 613 users are connected) and "BARS. Electronic college" (5 organizations, 74 users). Thus, in the region the chain of the unified information system is created: kindergarten - school (including additional education) - college.

To automated information system "BARS. Electronic kindergarten" 880 preschool educational organizations of the republic are already connected. Using a system the priority forms, the automated completing of groups of the preschool educational organizations is performed, basic data on all preschool educational institutions are provided. In addition to the listed functions, parents had a possibility of filing of application on transfer of the child in kindergarten via the regional portal of the public and municipal services in appropriate section (uslugi.udmurt.ru). And all queue which is earlier created in the previous service "My First Stage" is moved to a new information system without changes.

According to the director of AU of the Udmurt Republic "The regional center of informatization and quality evaluation of education" Natalya Medvedeva, "the main task of new service – to provide transparency of formation of queue in kindergartens, to increase information security and personal data protection. On a new cloud resource parents can obtain information on the republican preschool organizations and existence of empty seats in them and also to learn the status of the request".

Besides, heads of preschool educational institution had an opportunity to trace the number of children in groups, to check existence of empty seats, to calculate a parent payment, and representatives of state bodies of education – access to the operational reliable information necessary for acceptance of management decisions.
