Choosing a Solution
Staff [[East Service [|of Vostok-Service Group]] considered a number of systems, however,[1] as a result was selected] the ELMA system which will allow holding [1] not only to solve standard problems of document flow, but to automate the critical business processes affecting efficiency of all company, and further - quickly to react to any changes of conditions of business.
Project Progress
At the moment in plans of the company - pilot implementation of the module of office-work and process automation of Service Desk with total number up to 200 involved users. For a possibility of further expansion and scaling by Vostok-Service company the Corporate version was selected ELMA on DBMS Oracle that will freely allow to expand further an implementation scope to 1.5 thousand users. Own staff of the qualified IT specialists allows to accumulate "East Service" of competence on implementation and operation of a system, and for pilot implementation and studying of a system the company Impeltekh provides a hot line for consultation of specialists.
The Impeltekh company - the silver partner of ELMA company, has extensive experience of implementation of projects of automation of electronic document management systems, business processes, the systems of consolidation of financial data, managements of project activity, service desk, etc. Specialists of Impeltekh took part in top-20 large projects of implementations of information systems of 2012-2013 (according to the rating of the TAdviser IT portal).
