History

AB JSC Aldanzolotobank is the regional financial institution registered on November 21, 1990 to Aldan, the Sakha Republic, Yakutia (license No. 854 of 4/10/2009). Key activities were crediting and service of accounts of small and medium business. Was a member of the Association of Russian Banks.

As of 9/1/2014 the cumulative amount of assets of bank was 1523.6 million rubles, equity – 193.4 million rubles, the loan portfolio – 717.7 million rubles, account balances of clients – 703.2 million rubles.

Aldanzolotobank entered in TOP-30 credit institutions of Russia on the rate of increments of assets. So, according to RA "RAEX" for July 1, 2014 this indicator in a year was 148% that allowed bank to rise by 178 positions in the rating of the Russian banks. The network of credit institution also actively grew, in addition to head bank contained over 20 departments, including branch in St. Petersburg.

2015: Revocation of license

On July 10, 2015 it became known that the Central Bank of Russia (Central Bank of the Russian Federation) revoked a license for banking operations from Aldanzolotobank (Yakutia). The license is revoked on July 10.

"The bank pursued high risk credit policy and did not create adequate to the accepted risks of reserves on possible losses on loans. Besides, the financial institution did not observe the requirement of the legislation in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing. At the same time the bank was involved in carrying out doubtful operations on funds withdrawal abroad and also doubtful transit transactions in large volumes", - it is told in the message of the regulator.

The order of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in bank appoints on July 10 temporary administration.

Aldanzolotobank - the participant of deposit insurance system. Revocation of license is an insured event concerning obligations of bank for deposits of the population.

Aldanzolotobank according to the results of the I quarter 2015 took the 590th place by the amount of assets in the ranking Interfax-100 prepared "by Interfax-CEA. According to the Bank of Russia for July 1, 2015 on the value of assets this credit institution took the 587th place in a banking system of the Russian Federation.
