In the market of IT technologies there is a number of software products for the solution of current problems of personnel management and business process optimization in the companies of different level of organizational development and different activities. But hardly some solution to be compared to 1C systems in the popularity. Therefore decided to select some solution from a 1C system: Enterprise 8.

Project Progress

The partner in implementation selected 1C: April Software — the company which is existing in Nizhny Novgorod since 1995, gained respect and trust of the Nizhny Novgorod accountants and heads. So, in programs 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 began to work on July 21, 2014.

At first was of course not really simply — the new program, the unfamiliar interface, mass of opportunities. Nevertheless gradually mastered, addressed to the Line Consultation to 1C: Opel Software, somewhere thanks to the friendly interface found problem solving independently.

Result

Implementation of 1C — the process which is not coming to an end in day of installation. It both mastering of the program by users, and full translation of all manual transactions on the automated level, and regular updating of program 1C. But the result, as a rule, satisfies and impresses.

Today, the automated system 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 for management dyal personnel managements allows to keep the automated account of employees of Steps, to register and issue orders, to monitor holidays, to calculate salary, to fix and manage personal data, to obtain various analytical information and to solve many other problems.

1C: Accounting 8 PROF is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting. The risk of the errors connected with a human factor is reduced, the most labor-consuming calculations are automated. And the program is clear, convenient, in it there is everything, for conducting accounting according to requirements of acts of the Russian Federation, and of course submission of reports to RPF and FTS.

Updating 1C:Enterprise 8 happens monthly thanks to 1C:ITS (information and technology support of 1C:ITS) therefore programs always correspond to the Russian legislation and are in current status, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
