MOLGA Consulting implemented SAP Travel Management for Siemens

Business trips in Siemens – very frequent and mass phenomenon therefore the item of expenditure of "business trip" always was important in the company. The solution created by MOLGA Consulting company allowed to integrate all stages of a business trip in uniform process and it is essential to reduce time of its design.

Choosing a Solution

The standard SAP solution Travel Management which in the course of the project was significantly finished regarding approval of the direction of the employee in a business trip and also execution of the expense report was taken as a basis of implementation, and completely adapted for specifics of a company performance.

Project Progress

Implementation of difficult multistage process of the approval of business trips representing an opportunity to appoint two approving heads who are defined dynamically depending on features of the enterprise and a business trip became feature of the project.

Process of creation and the approval of the expense report includes the scan center which is responsible for scanning and document storage. In a month in a management system for business trips about 1500 expense reports, including reports of all regional offices "Siemens" form.

Result

The solution for management of business trips also simplified interaction with the external agency. For filling of the request the employee sent to a business trip needs to enter the wishes on flight and hotel to the agency, and after approval of the management the letter with the attached request automatically goes to provider of services.

Besides, during the MOLGA Consulting project successfully carried out technical upgrade of a system of SAP to the version of EHP5.
