On October 30, 2014 the ELMA company automated[1] activity of the Teploservice engineering company.

Choosing a Solution

The management of activity of the multi-profile enterprise requires existence of effective remedies of consolidation and data exchange, transparency of all performed transactions.

With respect thereto in the company need of transition to a single system of accounting and enterprise resource planning which would allow to perform storage and data exchange within the general information field ripened.

Consolidation of separate accounting systems on the basis of the process approach will allow to reach one of key business objectives – to provide the continuous and comprehensive nature of financial and economic accounting in the company and to adjust performance monitoring of work of personnel.

In turn, the solution of priorities of company management is a necessary condition for its further development.

Project Progress

Within the project operational and management accounting in the company on the basis of ELMA BPM is automated.

First of all, the choice was influenced by multifunctionality of a system. Already at the first stages of transferring of a working circuit to a system problems of control of execution of orders, maintaining a card file of partners and the analysis of the entering and outgoing data are solved.

Secondly, advantage of a system is the convenience of the user interface regardless of the number of the implemented applications and a guidance loop. The flexibility of the ELMA interface allows to adapt it for each specific user, taking into account a post and the fulfilled duties.

Thirdly, based on the ELMA platform the ready-made industry solution was developed for the companies of this industry. Existence of practical experience in project implementation of this level and scale will allow not only to solve effectively a problem of implementation of process management, but also to propose an optimal solution taking into account specifics of activity of the customer.

The project was performed in close interaction of the ELMA command with company management Teploservice. At this stage complete mutual understanding between project managers and the customer on need of automation of activity of the company for increase in its efficiency for a long-term outlook is reached.

Development Plans

The large volume of project works is planned: activity of the company will be automated using the ECM+, CRM+ applications, Projects + and KPI. Completions of basic functionality of a system taking into account needs of the customer are also provided.
