On October 29, 2014 JSC VimpelCom (Beeline Business) and Unilever implemented[1] communication services and mobile data transmission[1]. More than 1000 sales representatives of one of world leaders in production of consumer goods of daily demand are completely provided with Internet access and also the equipment necessary for this purpose now - tablet computers with support 3G and 4G.

Choosing a Solution

Project Progress

For the organization of work of sales representatives M2M SIM cards connected to "M2M command center" from Beeline Business are installed in tablet computers. Thanks to this telematic solution access to corporate resources via secure channels is provided, working programs for operational transfer of reports on assigned to employees to territories are installed.

"M2M command center" allows to manage easily SIM cards in real time via the simple and convenient web interface. For additional protection against inappropriate use the company can set special settings. For example, blocking of the card at withdrawal from the device. Besides, the head can trace in real time current expenses of employees and if necessary change a tariff plan, having selected the most optimal conditions of service. Payment will be made upon - at monthly settlement the total volume of the ordered traffic from all SIM cards is considered.

Result

Thus, along with corporate communication, every 7th sales representative of Unilever is provided with full "mobile office", and, therefore, can organize more effectively the working day, quickly tell information that in general will help the company to improve logistics in the outlets.
