In November, 2014 Tele2, the alternative mobile operator, announced Vladimir Krylov's appointment to a position of the technical director of Tele2 Sakhalin. In this position Vladimir Krylov will be responsible for construction, operation and development of Tele2 network in the Sakhalin region and also for strategic and operational management of technical service. Earlier he directed department of development of network of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk branch Tele2.
Vladimir Krylov is one of the first employees of Tele2 Sakhalin. He took active part in development of network at all stages − from planning before start of base stations in air. Vladimir also coordinated work of contractors and logisticians. During this time the Tele2 Sakhalin mobile network became one of the most effective in the Far East in terms of technical performances.
Vladimir Krylov released the technical director Andrey Shornikov who headed service of operation of Tele2 network in the Far East from a duty.
Vladimir Krylov graduated from the Far East state sea academy majoring in "Electric equipment and automatic equipment of courts". Has extensive work experience in the telecommunication industry. From 2005 to 2008 held a position of the chief specialist expert of department of supervision of an electric and mail service in management of Federal service on supervision in the field of communication and mass communications of the Sakhalin region.
In 2008 passed to a position of the lead engineer into MTS branch of JSC in the Sakhalin region. Joined Tele2 command in January, 2012, having headed department of development of Tele2 Sakhalin network.
