For more effective work the management of Corporation made the decision on connection of subsidiary companies to web access of an electronic document management system of DIRECTUM. The first the way of automation was followed by Tirus-International SA company, the Swiss representative office VSMPO-AVISMA.

In the head company the implementation project of DIRECTUM came to the end in 2010. The most important processes of office-work were as a result automated, the electronic archive of documents is created, interaction between employees at accomplishment of business processes is improved. Thus, the web client had to provide convenient access for staff of representations to the documents which are stored in uniform archive of a system.

From April to July, 2014 there took place test operation of use of web access. Using the tool problems of approval of purchasing orders and ensuring quick search in the system of contractual documents were solved. In August process was transferred to trial operation. Now approval of orders and search of all document package in the customer order happens in the mode, convenient for the employees:

• Specialists of subsidiary company in Switzerland using web access place and will approve purchasing orders in a system. Result of approval – number identification of agreements and number of applications for all positions of the purchasing order.
• In the web client employees of Tirus-International SA get access to the maintenance of all packet of contractual documents through the connected documents.

During automation also the language question did not remain unaddressed. For convenience of work the staff of representation uses the English-language interface of web access. During creation of a card of the document only the name on a certain format is filled out that does not cause difficulties in users. Interpretation of a document type in English is automatically added to the name of contractual documents at their sheaf with the purchasing order.

Through the web client of DIRECTUM 10 employees Tirus-International SA company work, and more than 500 documents are already sent for approval.
