Network of fitness clubs Physical Cult (1C: Fitness club)

On November 7, 2014 The First BIT company completed the project of automation of network of fitness clubs of Avrora LLC - World Class and "Fizkult" in Rostov-on-Don.

Development to the program of specialized modules – managements of locker rooms, the module of systematization of work with complaints, the module for work with clients and also creation of the loyalty system allowing clients to use different types of discounts became feature of the project. Using the module of management of locker rooms employees of a reception trace statistics of stay of the client in a locker room, see graphic display of its loading and can optimum distribute visitors. The module for work with clients allows to separate all clients on the statuses: "free" any manager can armor at sales planning unlike already secured for a certain manager. It is easy to control work of managers through a system.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of the First BIT automated 50 jobs, including equipment by touch screens jobs of trainers, provided transfer of the database in the new system without stopping of work of institutions. For fast service on a reception entered authorization using magnetic cards which also allow to conduct the general deposit on family, to appoint sponsors and to use their deposits, to store information on the personal account of the client. Besides experts implemented in a system extensive CRM block, allowing the management to set tasks of work with clients and to control their execution.

"In process of development of network of clubs for the solution new, specific to the Rostov network, requirements and tasks we needed to replace the existing franchize system, – Alexey Negovora, the HR director of Avrora LLC says. – The project allowed us, using one IT tool in several clubs of different price categories, to receive authentic and complete data on the current situation. Using a new system we increased the level of service and strengthened control of business. In further plans of cooperation with the First BIT – to expand systems capabilities, having added it with new features".
