Existence of the certificate of DGNB increases capitalization, market value and marketing attractiveness of a commercial real estate, gives additional benefits in attraction, both domestic, and international tenants. For the last following to regulations of sustainable development of the company is "de facto" the corporate standard, and certification of the building on the DNGB system can become extremely an attractive factor.
The system of certification of DGNB considers all last innovations in the construction sphere, including financial and economic evaluation of the building. At certification characteristics of an object throughout all term of existence are considered: from design before dismantling. In the DGNB system there are more than 50 evaluation criteria which for convenience were grouped in six categories:
- quality of the environment;
- economic Efficiency;
- welfare and functional qualities;
- technical equipment;
- quality of design process and construction;
- quality of a location.
The certificate of DGNB meets construction safe criterions for the environment and society. Besides, an opportunity to estimate quality of the building on set of criteria for all lifecycle in 50 years, essentially distinguishes DGNB from other systems of certification.
