QTECH executes contracts on production of telecommunication equipment for Rostelecom

During 2014 the Russian company QTECH executes contracts on production of telecommunication equipment for JSC Rostelecom. Products of QTECH are used in networks of broadband access of FTTB ("optics to the building") providing to Russians a full range of digital Internet services. JSC Rostelecom conducts active construction of networks of broadband access (broadband access) based on FTTB technology ("optics to the building").

In the solutions FTTB the optical network of data transmission is laid to active equipment in the building, office or residential, directly to apartments there is a classical twisted pair cable. Such scheme is very economic, need for additional devices of subscriber access is absent. It is enough to user to connect a computer hardware to a normal network wire.

The FTTB technology implemented based on the QTECH switches differs in high access rate to network of the operator — to 1 Gbps, simplicity of architecture, quality of providing services. Due to use of fiber lines of communication and ring reservation the increased reliability and long life of network are reached.

For creation of JSC Rostelecom network on FTTB technology QTECH QSW-2800, the managed L2+ level switches, and QTECH QSW-8200, switches of aggregation light L3 with support of IPv6 are used. Use of the gigabit managed access switches QTECH QSW-3400 allowed to connect subscribers to network of the operator at speeds to 1gbit/page.

SFP modules, multiplexers and complete set of the passive equipment QTECH entered into structure of the solutions WDM transmitting a signal on optical fiber. Vandal proof cabinets of QTECH, strong and reliable are applied to safe placement of the telecommunication equipment.
