Choosing a Solution

Behind consultation on automation of personnel department and accounting representatives of customer company addressed to Soft-Unity – to the official partner franchisee of 1C. The choice of the company was caused by the high place in the rating of the firms implementing solutions 1C in Moscow and the recommendations of colleagues. Both configurations support the multi-user mode that was important for the Client as the company plans expansion of the state.

Project Progress

In the appointed date service engineers of Soft-Unity set both configurations on all jobs of users in personnel department and accounting then they configured data exchange between programs and trained users in work in a system.

Result

Implementation of configurations "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" also "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to lift maintaining personnel, tax and accounting on qualitatively new level. It was succeeded to reduce quantity of intermittent errors. Accountants and HR specialists noted that work speed thanks to automation of routine processes increased. In general company executives noted what was succeeded to make accounting by more transparent that positively affected overall effectiveness of the company.
