I-Teco implemented the IP telephony system for KAMOV company

On November 11, 2014 the I-Teco company completed the project on creation of the IP telephony system based on Cisco technologies for KAMOV company.

Choosing a Solution

The right to implementing solution on a competitive basis was acquired by the leading Russian IT company "I-Teco" which specialists unrolled the full-function Cisco Unified Communications system which is built in intellectual IP network. The open expanded platform of call processing, the application for a multimedia communication and tool kit of administration were a part of a complex. All this provided to the staff of KAMOV design office access to a number of new services, including a corporate IP telephony and instant messaging and data, voice mail, audio-and video conferences.

Result

For February, 2014 experts of I-Teco in full audited also a system design, supply of equipment, construction and commissioning. As a result the KAMOV company uses failsafe communication services which allowed to make business processes continuous and to increase decision making speed due to simplification of the procedure.
