Genesys Outbound Voice is a packet of software modules for the organization of campaigns of call-down by means of integration with the PBX, using channels of pIP-telephony.

Advantages
A system provides:
- The integrated reports: Complex statistics provides aggregated data for the selected campaign for statistical groups: "time", "calls", "current status", "income".
- Predictive mode of dialing: Automatic dialing. A system predicts that by the time of the answer of the client, the operator will be released.
- Mixing of calls: A system sends incoming calls to the periods of the greatest loading to operators of outgoing calls, and proceeding - to operators of incoming calls.
- Multisubscriber structure: The flexible distributed architecture at which one campaign can be waged on one subscriber station is offered or be started on a centralized basis and be carried out in several points at the same time.
- The set mode with print preview: The dialing is executed by the operator. The print preview mode gives to operators more independence, allowing to dial number on readiness. This mode of set is suitable for the centers with lower intensity of outgoing calls.
