Integration of the platform of a DMS system — "Svyazcom.SMS-Settings" into network of the operator of Mobitel LLC

In the fall of 2014 the works on integration of the platform of a DMS system — "Svyazcom.SMS-Settings" into network of the operator of Mobitel LLC are completed

The DMS platform is integrated with the module Svyazcom.EIR. In such configuration a DMS system allows to detect the new subscriber (terminal) at once at its emergence in network and to send to it the corresponding autotunes and also will allow to browse the history of change of mobile terminals and to considerably reduce delivery time of settings.

The implemented platform provides the following functionality:

• Automatic sending settings of services in data transmission after registration of the mobile phone in network of the operator.
• Automatic sending settings of services after change of the SIM card or the mobile phone.
• The independent order the subscriber of parameters of necessary services by means of the SMS, USSD, IVR.
• Carrying out bulk-mailings of autotunes according to the list of subscribers.

The Svyazcom.SMS-Settings platform simplifies the procedure of setup of the mobile Internet and VAS services for subscribers that increases penetration of services and raises operator income. The database of models of mobile phones, their settings and properties is updated monthly.

Svyazcom.SMS-Settings is additional benefit the built-in SMSC used for delivery of autotunes and SMS notifications by resources of the platform.
