On Tomskneftekhim within the target program for industrial automation on a number of installations in the fall of 2014 new modern industrial control systems (APCS) are implemented.
New are set to an APCS on nodes of processing and hydrogenation of pyrocondensate of production of monomers. Also modern management systems are installed on production of polypropylene: on a node of storage and transportation of powder of polypropylene (within complex reconstruction of polymeric productions) and also in department of polymerization of propylene and on unit for production of a cocatalyst for polymeric productions.
"Implementation of modern automated control systems which succeed the obsolete automation equipment is increased by labor productivity, level of industrial security, quality of maintaining and control of technology process that in turn positively affects product quality and production efficiency" — the chief metrologist of Tomskneftekhim LLC Sergey Ozerov noted.
Works on implementation of an APCS are conducted within the target program for automation of the production site of Tomskneftekhim.
Level of equipment of productions of the Tomsk platform of the SIBUR modern an APCS on separate productions reaches 80%. In 2015 the APCS next projects on production of monomers prepares for implementation.
