The first BIT implemented a system of accounting of services and budgeting in StudyLab

On November 13, 2014 "1C: Franchisee" The First BIT company created a system of accounting of implementable services and budgeting of Stadi Lab Group LLC (StudyLab trademark), services in the training providing in Moscow abroad.

Project Progress

A new system on the basis of the 1C: Accounting and BIT .FINANS programs. Management accounting allowed StudyLab to automate process of formation of budgets (in particular the income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget)), to keep the cost accounting and profits on the provided services. A system gives the chance to set uniform accounting treatment for data on customer appeals – to create budgets on the basis of these data, to obtain information on expected costs on addresses.

Result

In a project deliverable in StudyLab 25 jobs are automated. The company had an opportunity quickly and without errors to make budgets and also to prepare the management reporting in the automatic mode.

Specialists the First BIT created in a system the block of accounting of services in the organization of training abroad, finished the documents "write-off" and "revenues to the checking account" (a possibility of purchase and sale of currency for currency) and also the procedural transaction "closing of month" (calculation is performed for date of departure of the client abroad, but not date of creation of the relevant document). Experts configured broadcast of data which sales managers enter into the system, according to turnover items with further formation of an income and expense budget.
