2017: ClimaSys DT
Temperature, humidity and dew point negatively affect operability of the electrical and electronic equipment installed in cabinets. Non-compliance with proper temperature condition can lead to different unpleasant effects: to decrease in reliability and security, deterioration in characteristics of the equipment and reduction of life of cabinets.
The solution ClimaSys DT is an answer to requirements of climatic security imposed to operators of the electrotechnical equipment. Innovation is applied to temperature monitoring of the equipment in crucial electric and electronic cabinets and is suitable for all types of control panels in premises and out of premises.
Diagnostic aids of ClimaSys DT allow to estimate adequately climatic security of both new (Greenfield), and existing (Brownfield) of installations. In the first case the solution provides data on ambient temperature, microclimatic conditions, a relative humidity, existence/lack of risk of formation of condensate, need of ventilation, use of conditioners, installations of the heater and other. In the second case the solution reports value of the power disseminated in a cabinet, informs on proper or inadequate functioning of electronic devices, existence of risk of formation of condensate, "hot" points and fluctuations of temperature in the control cabinet.
Data recorders of ClimaSys DT provide operators of the electrotechnical equipment with the most exact information on temperature change using the software of EffiClima. Additional software - ProClima software - analyzes data retrieveds for determination of further actions for maintenance of a microclimate for each control cabinet.
ClimaSys DT also allows to define effectively value of the power dissipation capability (W) and to calculate parameters of a steady temperature field. The operator can receive the complete and exact report on microclimatic parameters (temperature, humidity, a dew point) of installation or technology process and environment and also to enter the measured parameters to the software of ProClima for determination of an optimal system of maintenance of a microclimate.
2014: ClimaSys CU
On November 14, 2014 the Schneider Electric company announced release of new and advanced industrial conditioners of the ClimaSys CU series and heat exchangers of the CE series.
As a part of a new line of the ClimaSys family of 155 additional standard sizes, including a new number of high-performance installations of high power. The ClimaSys installations work with the broadest temperature ranges and conform to the most various requirements connected with possible specifics of the equipment and its installation. Besides, the cooling ClimaSys devices have the built-in system of signaling and function at ambient temperature up to +55 C °, without allowing heating of the protected equipment.
Climasys CU is the air conditioner.
The device controls temperature in cabinets, providing normal functioning of the equipment regardless of external temperature, by means of separation of internal and external air chains and also reduces humidity level in cabinets.
