Design-ER

Design-ER is an outsourcing studio of prepress of periodicals with the headquarters in New York. Activity of the company covers the majority of American states and also some cities of Canada, Europe and the CIS.

For November, 2014 in an asset of Design-ER tens of weekly and monthly publications, from the world's largest printed media to small communal newspapers.

Activities

The main area of work of Design-ER is a development, design, imposition and the subsequent support of printing editions:

• polygraphic design, including creation of the turnkey model;
• newspaper and journal imposition;
• development of advertizing modules;
• prepress of the edition (prepress).

Since 2006 the company proposes design solutions which the publishing houses working in such areas as finance, law, medicine, science and technology, education, entertainments use.

For Russian-language editions at the request of the client the company renders additional services of editorial department where enter:

• editing,
• updates,
• preparation of separate materials and whole headings,
• text typing.

In November, 2014 the Design-ER company reported that it signed contracts for providing prepress services with more than 70 publishers of printed media. Including:

• JEWISH PRESS is the largest independent weekly Jewish newspaper in the USA (120 bands)
• "the RUSSIAN ADVERTISING" — the largest Russian-language weekly publication in the USA (420 pages)
• KOMSOMOLSKAYA PRAVDA is the American edition of the most popular Russian-language newspaper tabloid in the world
• "NEW RUSSIAN WORD" — the oldest Russian-language newspaper in the world
• "EXPRESS NEWSPAPER" — the American edition of the most popular weekly Russian tabloid
• "BOULEVARD GORDON" — the American edition of the popular Ukrainian newspaper
• "COMPATRIOT" — the glossy magazine (80 bands). It is published in the USA with assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and personally Mr. S.V. Lavrov
• "ALEPH" — the monthly international Jewish magazine. It is published in Russia, the USA and Israel. In the summer of 2010 there was 1000th issue of the edition.
