Content

On November 17, 2014 the Beltel system integrator completed the large-scale project on hardware of new hotel complex Accor in Moscow.

The hotel complex is located in the new 14-storey building on Bakhrushin Street and occupies the space of 35 thousand sq.m. The complex includes three hotels of a different format and a price category under control of hotel operator Accor: Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya 4 hotel * (149 numbers), ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina hotel (190 numbers, five of which are intended for guests with limited mobility) and Adagio Moscow Paveletskaya 4 apart-hotel * on 94 apartments. Being a part of uniform hotel complex, each hotel is independent, has the separate input and the set of premises including: residential group with premises of floor-by-floor service; receiving and lobby group of premises; premises of service (storerooms, warehouse, household premises of personnel, etc.).

Choosing a Solution

The choice of the contractor for construction of infrastructure of an object was carried out among the companies which could offer complex approach when implementing all low-current and IT systems and also having experience of implementation of hotels under control of Accor operator. Integration with the hotel Opera PMS system was one of key requirements to a complex of deliverable solutions. The winner of competition meeting all to the imposed requirements recognized Beltel system integrator.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of Beltel execute all complex of works on construction of infrastructure of the building. The following systems were designed and implemented: management system for the building (BMS), telephony, LAN and Wi-Fi, SCS, warning system and managements of evacuation, automatic equipment of fire protection, system of gas and powder fire extinguishing, automatic equipment of water fire extinguishing, security alarm, security video surveillance and multimedia system.

At construction of a local computer network and system of wireless access of the Wi-fi standard taking into account requirements of Accor operator two physically separated data networks are implemented: guest network and administrative network (it is constructed based on the equipment of HP). The following solutions are applied to the organization of guest network: modular switches of the kernel level on the basis of the Catalyst 4500 E-Series chassis; the stacks of floor switches of the access level of the Catalyst 2960S series, transceivers 1000Base-SX SFP necessary for the optical links connecting switches of the kernel levels and access; ASA 5525 firewalls with IPS. At design of Wi-fi network there were also uchena of the requirement of Accor for signal covering level. The network is built based on controllers of a wireless network 5508 Series Wireless Controller for up to 100 Aps and access points of AIR-CAP3602I-R-K9.

The telephone network of hotel complex is built based on automatic telephone exchange of Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise of construct Crystal in a floor cabinet of modular execution. Capacity of network is 590 analog ports for guest phones and service premises and 148 digital ports for personnel phones. All territory of hotel complex is covered with by wireless communication of the DECT standard that allows personnel to be in touch continuous, noted in Beltel.

Result

For implementation of operation of the building by specialists of integrator the management system for the building (BMS) based on SCADA system of Siemens was constructed. A system provides means for information display about work of the systems of technology equipment and allows to have an impact on work of systems according to the access level. Obtaining all information in the uniform center allows to optimize work of service staff and, as a result, to lower building operating costs.

Priority task of any hotelier is safety of guests. For timely detection and prevention of non-staff situations in the building and on perimeter of hotel complex 227 cameras (from them 11 allow to make filming in Full HD resolution) are mounted.

For timely fire evacuation in premises of hotel two racks with amplifiers and an inspection equipment, about 1200 loudspeakers of the speech notification and more than 100 special annunciators in numbers intended for physically disabled people are mounted. Also in hotel complex other systems necessary for ensuring complex security and comfort of guests and personnel are installed.

For holding different actions the hotel complex offers seven conference rooms of the different size, four of which can be transformed to the uniform zone open space of 240 sq.m. All premises are equipped with multimedia solutions. As means of display the motorized Projecta Descender Electrol screens of ceiling mounting are used. Christie LWU421 projectors set on elevators have sufficient brightness and provide comfortable perception of the image on screens even at the included lighting. Control of the equipment is exercised from the Crestron panel. The software allows to select signal sources, given on a projector, to lift and lower the screen, to manage lighting and climatic installation. For convenience of users preparation of the equipment for work and completion of work are completely automated. Rooms are equipped with the sound reinforcement system in which ceiling Sonance loudspeakers are used. At an input in each negotiation the monitor of the Digital Signage system is installed, told in Beltel.

Within the project engineering, telecommunication and multimedia infrastructure of the "turnkey" 14-storey building is constructed. Announced this CNews in Beltel.

Today the Beltel system integrator performs complex round-the-clock support and procedural service of all constructed building infrastructure.
