Tender on creation of the messenger which had to come to the end on November 20, 2014 is postponed for indefinite time. At requirement analysis to a product it turned out that the expediency of implementation of a part of functionality was unevident, owing to features of the VoIP-platform of Rostelecom[1].
Applications for participation in the tender for development of this solution were submitted Technoserv of AS LLC, Si Ti Ay LLC (CTI), Teligent LLC and Inlayn Telecom of Solutions LLC.
"Communicator" is a VoIP-solution, but with wider feature set, at the expense of those opportunities of the telecom operator which are unavailable to OTT players. Service is closely integrated with a telephone network: real numbering in the Russian range both for outgoing, and for incoming calls will be used.
