Babruysk myasokobinat (Galaktika ERP)

Babruysk meat-processing plant which is working in the field of the food industry of Republic of Belarus and producing sausages and meat semi-finished products started a new stage of automation based on the Galaktika ERP system. During cooperation of the enterprise with Galaktika company (file) accounting and payroll, control of the movement of material values, receivables and payables, settlings with suppliers, personnel management and also process of acceptance of the cattle and its procurement were automated.

At the end of 2008 in connection with development of production the decision on automation of productive activity of the enterprise was made.

Within this stage of automation it is going to adjust quality control at all stages of the movement of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished goods. It is going to automate calculation of needs of production for raw materials, spices, auxiliary materials, operational accounting of the arriving raw materials, process of preparation of meat, calculation of an exit of an offal, maintaining a compounding, removal of indicators of natural losses in the refrigerator, intake of raw materials from the refrigerator in sausage workshop and also the business processes including intershop services and formation of specialized and statistical reporting.
