The logistic provider "Filuet RS" implemented the warehouse WMS Logistics Vision Suite system

"Filuet RS" - the Russian subsidiary company of the international logistic provider Filuet Group, provides services of contract logistics to the companies of the industry of direct sales. The company works at the Russian market since 1992 and has expert knowledge of the principles of the organization and functioning of the main business processes of the industry of direct sales. The operator proposes to clients a set of the unique logistic solutions developed under individual needs of the customer. Throughout all the activity the company develops business, building effective integration with each client, using the latest technologies increasing controllability and transparency of processes. Being a 3PL-operator, Filuet RS selects the system of the international class WMS Logistics Vision Suite for automation of warehouse processes.

The Logistics Vision Suite system was implemented by specialists of ant Technologies in one of warehouses of the company, with the total area more than 4000 sq.m., with a capacity about 4500 pallets, equipped mezzanine, the conveyer belt with gravitational racks on which rack and floor storage of goods, work with small-pieces orders for products is performed. In the course of implementation the main module Logistics Vision Suite on 21 at the same time working workplace and the Billing add-on module was installed. Adaptation of a system under tasks of the customer was performed in several stages – beginning from the analysis of business processes of a warehouse with the subsequent setup, implementation, step-by-step training of employees of the customer, transfer of a remaining balance, trial start and finishing with start of a system in commercial operation.

In the course of the WMS Logistics Vision Suite setup processes of a warehouse were automated: acceptance, placement, selection, sorting, packaging, shipment, inventory, including is implemented an opportunity for work with sets and piece goods. Processes of collecting, storage, shipment, disbandment (if necessary) of sets the module Kitting in which function of printing of documents and labels from radio terminals is implemented manages. Shipment of goods from a warehouse is performed through courier services or Russian Post. When sending the order by Russian Post a system creates the document package conforming to standards of Russian Post, requirements to which are loaded from the official site of federal mail network. A system controls the weight and volume of shipping unit (box), automation of process of weight control with integration of the weight equipment of the CAS was for this purpose made. The module Billing keeps account of transactions in a warehouse, calculates the cost of services, creates accounts to clients. Within the project integration of WMS Logistics Vision Suite with the ERP system of the customer using Microsoft BizTalk Server is executed.
