2.1. Business Requirements For Implementation?


Training in a product and business subjects. Testing of personnel.


2.2. What business processes had to be automated (assessment, training, personnel recruitment, the expense accounting on training, etc.)?


First of all it was required to automate assessment of knowledge and training of employees.


2.3. Criteria of Successful Implementation at the Planning Stage?


The main criterion of success - quantity trained on a product.


2.4. Project Planning (Requirements, Analysis of Business Processes).)?


The project plan formed proceeding from rates of set of personnel \routine and training.

The 1st year a pilot project with training in a product.


The 2nd year transition to business subjects and completion of product rates.


In plans:


The 3rd year + Webinars.


The 4th year + Business games.

The main project participant from the company - the Director of Training Center, performed functions of administration of a system (the console, agreements, and internal communication with team of experts on a product and marketing).


3.3. What functionality of the educational portal is demanded at you in the company - polls, forums, news, social communications, tenders, chats, etc.?


So far only distance learning and testing.


3.4. The Main Difficulties During the Project


A large number of views and versions of browsers - a problem of errors and lack of compatibility, (to honor of the Vebsoft-command fast and correct completion, for example at emergence of problems with IE 10). Low speed of the Internet in regions (a compromise: quality/speed).


3.5. Did the Time and Financial Costs Correspond to the Previously Planned?


Yes.


3.6. What restrictions of IT infrastructure affected the project?


When mailing notifications the system of distance learning with substitution of the address of mail of other server some letters were done not miss corporate spam filters.


4. Project Development

4.1. Development plans (what automation of business processes is still planned)


It is going to start on the educational portal the following new services:

Registration for seminars.

Calculation of costs.

Signing of the contracts.

Expansion of functions of "Heads of divisions".

4.2. Filling With Content - How to Solve the Problem?


The rates placed in a system were created specially on products and technologies of the company, contents was provided by training center, and a design of rates was created by specialists of Websoft.


4.3. Development of rates by own efforts or involvement of providers - what you select and why?


Because of long approval of vacancies of internal developers of rates, for the company it is more profitable to work on development outsourcing model.


4.4. How do you motivate people to complete studying of electronic rates?


Main methods of motivation:

Bonus system.

Involvement of the guide of partners in control of training.


4.5. Use of game techniques in training (gamification) - what do you think of it?


We consider these techniques intersny, but creation of similar rates is very expensive, and requires the perfect Internet from trainees, we estimate perspectives of similar forms of education so far.

One person.

5.1. What achieved results (quantitative and qualitative)?


2000 users, more than 700 the finished rates.


5.2. What most significant results, there is something most memorable?


The project became the winner of intra-corporate tender across Eastern Europe in the nomination: "Customer focus".


5.3. What reaction of staff of the company to system implementation?


Generally - positive though area managers have a negative connected with increase of tasks.


5.4. How do you estimate efficiency of distance learning?


There is no still objective assessment (ROI), there is only a gross quantity trained and GPA.
