Digital Design implemented "The automated workplace of the head" on iPad for the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation

On November 20, 2014 the Digital Design company implemented^[1] "The automated workplace of the head" on iPad in the North Caucasian bank "Sberbank of Russia".

"The automated workplace of the head" ("the automated workplace of the head") — the solution developed by Digital Design company for providing managers of an average and the top management with a possibility of mobile work with documents and instructions within the system of electronic office document management (SEODO) Sberbank of Russia. The solution is intended for work with the iPad tablet computer and conforms to requirements of bank to security of information exchange.

Implementation of "an automated workplace of the head" in the North Caucasian bank not the first project performed by Digital Design company for Sberbank of Russia. Today this software product is successfully applied in six territorial banks of Sberbank of Russia. It allows to reduce significantly time for consideration and approval of documents, to increase efficiency and convenience of work of heads of an average and the top management of the North Caucasian bank of Sberbank of Russia with electronic data at the expense of the simple and ergonomic interface.

"The feature of this solution is that it does possible work with electronic documents even without connection to the Internet, for example, in the airplane. And this function can be performed as rukopisno, and voice — Sergey Gaydamakov, the director of the department of government institutions of Digital Design tells. — All made changes remain, and at connection to the Internet there is a synchronization of data with SEODO".

For us it is important to provide top managers with the reliable and convenient tool for acceptance of the fast and weighed management decisions, and "the automated workplace of the head' completely answers this task. The solution is tested by our colleagues in other territorial banks of Sberbank of Russia, and it proved the efficiency".
